To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Why has my order status not changed?

If your order status has not changed it’s possible that it is still in the backorder queue. Don’t worry as once your order start the process you will be notified via email of a status change.

What are the steps that my order will go through?

If you are ordering a firearm you will go through the process below. If you are purchasing a non-firearm it will go from processing to packaging then completed.

  2. Parts Allocation
  3. Coating or Cerakote
  4. Assembly Queue
  5. In Production
  6. Packaging
  7. Completed

What does "Processing" mean?

Processing means we have your order and currently processing it.

What does "Parts Allocation" mean?

Parts Allocation is when we are getting items for your build and placing it in a bin with your order.

What does "Coating or Cerakote" mean?

Coating or Cerakote means your firearm is currently with our Cerakote applicator getting the color or colors that was selected for your build.

What does "Assembly Queue" mean?

Assembly queue means your firearm is placed in a queue for our gunsmiths to build.

What does "In Production" mean?

In Production means our gunsmith is currently working on assembling your firearm.

What does "Packaging" mean?

Packaging mean your firearm is currently being packaged to ship.

What does "Completed" mean?

Completed means your firearm or product has shipped. You should receive an email from UPS with tracking information.
